At WoodsWebDesign.com, we're in the people business, so we serve people first. The way we serve is through web site design, but the emphasis is on customer service and tech support.

When a new customer needs support, there are two quick and easy ways to ask for help: telephone and/or email. We're sure to respond as quickly as possible to help in any way needed.

Video Tutorials

Another support method is the help pages that are included in this web site, including an ever-growing collection of video tutorials like the intro video on this page. (Note: WoodsWebDesign.com video tutorials are available only to customers, who each receive a username and password to access that part of this web site.) The video tutorials show users how to do things using the same methods most people use to access the web--visually.

Customer Support ForumsCustomer Support Forums

One other support method is the forums, available to all customers of WoodsWebDesign.com (if you don't have a login/password, or need a password reset, please contact us). Of course, no one needs to log in to the support forum to post a question and then wait for an answer, because customers may call or email when they have questions or issues to be addressed. As more customers do post questions in the forums, however, the answers to those questions will be posted there for other customers to refer to at another time. The purpose of the forums is to help people find answers to questions as fast as possible.
