I have developed an interview process that takes into consideration all the aspects that go into developing a web site from scratch. I'll ask you a bunch of questions, get to know how you intend to use a web site, probably offer some suggestions of my own, and we'll work out a plan together.
Once we've decided on a plan, I'll determine what price scale your web site falls into, and then I'll ask for a partial payment to cover the initial expenses involved (such as domain name registration). For your convenience and mine, I use PayPal.com for online payments.
