Google Calender
Besides being the dominant search engine of the internet, Google provides many free services to users of the web, including free email hosting (Gmail), free web-based document creation/collaboration (docs.google.com), online map tools (maps.google.com), and many others.
WoodsWebDesign.com does not resell Google's free services, but does provide support to users of those services, including the setup of email accounts, documents, etc. Some of WoodsWebDesign.com's customers use Google email in conjunction with their own domain name (e.g., thomas@woodswebdesign.com instead of thomas@gmail.com), which allows them to use many of Google's collaborating tools while still projecting the professional impression of an email address with their own domain name. (For more info about email, read this page: The Difference An Email Address Makes.) In the calendar to the right, you see that there are a lot of color-coded entries. You can create calendars for different people, color code them, and choose to show publicly as much or as little of your calendar as you choose. You can even set your calendar to allow certain people to access some parts of your calendar, but not all of it. WoodsWebDesign.com will assist you in that setup, if that is a feature that would be useful to you.
