I try not to price myself out of the price range of small businesses and others who don't have huge marketing budgets, so my prices are pretty reasonable. Most of my web sites were under 250, and many are in the range of $150-200. It all depends on how many hours I estimate I'm going to spend working on your site. I also plan to spend a certain number of hours after the site is 100% "done" helping you with other things, like email setup/trouble-shooting, and for many customers, learning how to make their own site updates.
